By accessing and using SplineCAD, a service provided by BaseForm Dev Corp., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Subscription License

SplineCAD is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided by BaseForm Dev Corp. By subscribing to our service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SplineCAD for the duration of your active subscription. This license is subject to the following terms and restrictions:

• Access is limited to the number of users and features specified in your subscription plan
• You may not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to the service
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the SplineCAD platform
• You may not use the service for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purposes not covered by your subscription
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on SplineCAD's software or content
• Your license automatically terminates upon cancellation of your subscription or violation of these terms

All rights, title, and interest in and to SplineCAD remain the exclusive property of BaseForm Dev Corp. and its licensors. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the software or service.

3. Disclaimer

The materials within SplineCAD are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. BaseForm Dev Corp. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall BaseForm Dev Corp. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SplineCAD, even if BaseForm Dev Corp. or a BaseForm Dev Corp. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in SplineCAD could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BaseForm Dev Corp. does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. BaseForm Dev Corp. may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Links

BaseForm Dev Corp. has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BaseForm Dev Corp. of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
